Shipping

  • Where do you ship?

    We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

  • How long does it take to process my order?

    Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

    During high-volume periods - especially around major events - processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience during our busiest seasons.

    You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  • How do you ship orders?

    All orders are shipped via USPS.

    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Package weight
    • Shipping destination
    • Selected delivery speed
  • How long does shipping take?

    Estimated delivery timelines within the U.S.:

    • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–3 business days

    Delivery times begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed.

  • My package says delivered, but I can’t find it.

    If USPS tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

    1. Check around your property
    2. Ask neighbors or household members
    3. Contact your local USPS office

    If you still need assistance, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we’ll help however we can.

  • What if my order arrives damaged?

    If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Your order number
    • Photos of the item and packaging

    We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Returns

  • What is the Adventure Shop return policy?

    Our return policy is 30 days from receipt of your purchase. Please make sure your item is unused and in new condition.

    We will provide a pre-paid return label via email. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You must be provided a return label in order to receive credit on any purchase.

  • How do I return my order?

    Please email us at merch@loppet.org  to request a return label.

  • How do I get my refund?

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund credit will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

  • What is the address for returns?

  • Can I return my items in person at the Trailhead Adventure Shop?

    You may return your item in person at the Adventure Shop. Please include the packing slip and original shipping packaging.  We are unable to refund items immediately at the Adventure Shop- please allow up to 5 days to receive your refund notice via email.
